EastEnders' wedding of the year is almost upon us and I'm pleased to report that they're treating us to a one-hour special on April 2 to mark the occasion!
The run up to Peggy (Barbara Windsor) and Archie's (Larry Lamb) wedding - and the ceremony itself - takes place during the week commencing March 30 - and by 'eck are the episodes good...
So in anticipation of the nuptials, here's a first look at the ingenious, yet slightly creepy, official trail for the most explosive bank of 'Enders eps of 2009...

this ad is kind of freaky, but is clever at the same time, they haven't just shown peggy and archies wedding like most ads, its like archie has the power, and at the end peggy realises. Whats with the white face though?

I love this trailer. -_- Brian from Huddersville, God the not bloody scary, I've seen so much worse in PS3 Games... Pshht it doesn't even have blood. Why complain? Why so serious? =D I can't wait to see the episode. But I just hope nothing bad happens to Danielle. =[ She's just about to tell her mom who she really is...

I love this trailer.... every aspect of Peggy's walk up the aisle as parts of clothing and wedding accessories are being removed, outlines the downward spiral her marriage to Archie is going to go. fantastic imagination and creativity

That's a very creepy advert it's like Archie turned Peggy into a statue! WOW this episode must be amazing! I was reading in some magazine's and it said Archie might kill Danielle in the wedding and Peggy might chuck Archie out the Vic!

This trailer sums it up really - Archie wants a 'Stepford' wife... but I reckon Peggy has bigger "cahones" than Archie anyday, and she'll give him a run for his money, with Phil not far behind I hope. Can't wait to see this plot finally come to a head!
