First Look: 'EastEnders' Glenda Mitchell

Here's the first look at Ronnie (Samantha Womack) and Roxy's (Rita Simons) estranged mother Glenda Mitchell in EastEnders, played by former Dempsey and Makepeace actress Glynis Barber.
For those who don't know, Glynis was cast in the role after Jill Gascoine stepped aside after only a day's filming.
I don't know about you - and this is no disrespect to Jill as she's a fine actress - but Glynis is the spitting image of her screen daughters!
Glynis Barber arrives as Glenda Mitchell on Thursday, January 7 at 7.30pm on BBC One.
