Vet Fin Practice in Walford

There's a new Australian vet heading for Walford and his name is Fin.

All that's known at the moment is that he's being played by 29-year-old newcomer Danny Alder, who started filming at Elstree studios at the end of last month.

An EastEnders source told me: "He'll arrive at the end of June after being called to look at one of the Square's pets - but is he there for just the animal?"

Rumours suggest that he'll be sticking around for at least a couple of episodes.
