Stacey continues on her downward spiral
Stacey suddenly wakes in a sweat, before heading to the window to see Max and Tanya chatting outside. Jean, meanwhile, reveals that she's worried about Stacey's erratic behaviour. On a mission, Stacey leaves the house in an attempt to find Max. She's frustrated when she tries to phone him and he hangs up on her. Stacey soon bumps into Bradley, who reveals that Max and Tanya could be getting back together as they're having lunch again. Forming a plan, Stacey pockets Bradley's house keys before calling Max again.

The market inspector Mr Lister confronts Stacey about her inability to run her clothes stall properly and closes her down on the spot. To the surprise of the locals, Stacey throws all of her stock at them. Heading across the Square, Stacey barges her way into Tanya's and suggests that she's having her wicked way with Max again. Despite Tanya's claims to the contrary, Stacey flashes Bradley's house keys at her, passing them off as Max's. She's adamant that she's part of Max's life again.

Max returns home and is shocked to hear about Stacey's claims from Tanya. Concerned that she's back to square one with Max, Tanya leaves. Heading upstairs, Max can't believe what he's seeing when he finds Stacey waiting for him in bed. Furious that she's trying to scupper his chances with Tanya again, he throws her out. Dejected, Stacey heads back to the Slaters'.

Stacey arrives to a moaning Charlie who's furious with her for not paying the electricity bill. At the peak of their argument, Charlie tells Stacey that he wants her out of the house. Stacey rushes to her bedroom, which is filled with various items of new clothing and other items she's recently acquired. As Stacey begins to throw some of them out of the window, Jean tells her daughter that she needs help as she recognises some of the symptoms of bi-polar. Pushed to the edge, Stacey throws Jean out of the room and locks herself in. Completely alone, she tells herself: "I'm normal."
