Angry at her son's outburst, Zainab suggests that Syed go to mosque, but Syed insists that no amount of praying will change the way he feels. Livid by her son's claim, Zainab throws a cup at the wall. As the pair's fraught tempers ease, Syed maintains that he can't continue living a lie for the rest of his life but Zainab retorts that he should think about his family and the shame it would bring on them. Unbeknown to them, Amira's walked through the door and when Zainab firmly tells Syed that she'll disown him if he lets her down, they see Amira in the doorway - just how much did Amira hear?

As Ricky and Bianca realise that Tiff tricked them, they arrive home to find Billie saving Tiff from being crushed in the rubbish truck. Tiffany emerges, proudly waving Bianca's £10,000 cheque.
Elsewhere, Ronie asks Jack how his date with DCI Marsden went but Jack insists that he was only doing some digging; Dr Al tells Roxy that he's handed in his notice as the partners have had complaints about his conduct; Ronnie questions Jack how he'd feel if she'd killed Archie; Al asks Roxy to move to Cornwall with him but she declines; Ronnie points out that she and Jack only ever hurt each other; Becca and Stacey attempt to trick Mr Lister in giving Stacey her stall back or face a discrimination case against him on the basis of Stacey's bipolar; Peggy's left red-faced when she accuses Danny of stealing cash when Ronnie's the one who borrowed it; Jack tells Ronnie that he'd be impressed if she'd have killed Archie, before asking her the same question about himself; and Jack confides in Max about Ronnie and it's clear that Jack's wondering if Ronnie was capable of killing her own father.

Dotty slings Tiffany's stuff in one of the rubbish bins leaving Tiff with no option but to try and get them back.
