By Daniel Kilkelly | Patrick and Derek haven't been charged by the police as they couldn't prove intent. However, a furious Derek still confronts the Moon brothers at the R&R - complaining that the old bill are now watching him like hawks and he'll lose out on money from dodgy activities as a result. Patrick then defends Anthony and Tyler and claims that he was the one who called the police. Derek doesn't believe this claim, but when Patrick pushes the bad boy too far, Tyler steps in - only to be on the receiving end of Derek's superior strength. Derek eventually demands an inflated payment of £8,000 from the Moons as a punishment - announcing that he's already taken the emporium as collateral.
Over at the boxing gym, Michael wants to escape the heat by leaving Walford for a few days. However, Anthony and Tyler soon enter - having figured out that he was the grass. Janine offers to fix everything by paying the debt herself, but Michael isn't keen on the idea - telling Anthony and Tyler that he's happy to be their brother if they want one, but he's not going to be a meal ticket. Later, though, his conscience is pricked when he sees how desperate the pair really are. What will happen when Michael then pays Derek a visit?
Meanwhile, Shirley gathers the Mitchells to discuss how they can get Ben back on their side. The family try their best to kill Ben with kindness and include him again, but he's not receptive to their efforts - insisting that it won't be so easy to get him to return home and visit Phil. Later, Heather shares the news of her engagement at The Vic, but her thunder is stolen when Ian and Mandy announce their own plans for a lavish ceremony at the pub. However, Shirley is delighted by Heather's news and joins the locals in celebrating her best friend's happiness.
Elsewhere, when Whitney spots Roxy and Jack arguing, she reprimands them over Amy's bullying at playgroup - suggesting that family troubles could be causing her behaviour. A livid Roxy then calls Sophie to complain about Whitney.
