When Sharon pays Phil a visit with some ideas for the R&R, he snaps at her to forget about the club and run The Vic for him instead. Already feeling uneasy about being upstairs in her old home, Sharon refuses. Phil vows to fire Sharon from the club unless she agrees, but she stands firm and warns him not to threaten her. At breaking point, Phil blurts out the real reasons for his bad day - he has learned that Ben is being tried for murder, not manslaughter.
As Phil takes his place back behind the bar, he is short-tempered with the locals and bars Jay from the pub. At the same time, a stressed Sharon has headed over to an addicts anonymous group at the community centre - and she steps forward when the counsellor asks if anyone would like to speakā¦
Meanwhile, Tamwar panics when he spots a cheque stub missing at the restaurant, as he cannot account for the discrepancy. Syed is keen to cover up his recent theft, so he tells his younger brother that he has called the bank and it was for a small amount made payable for cash. Tamwar says that it must have been his mistake, an assumption which Syed is happy to go along with.

Also today, Patrick catches Lola and Abi stealing cleaning products from Butcher's Joints for her new business idea. Patrick reminds Lola that with her track record, she can't risk losing Lexi by getting up to no good.
