Bianca resorts to desperate measures with Liam

Bianca has been worrying about Liam's absence all night, and when the rebellious teenager finally returns home, he refuses to go to school and storms off to bed. Needing to go to work, Bianca asks Ray to stay in the house and make sure Liam doesn't leave again. Soon afterwards, Bianca goes to attend a meeting with Tiffany's teacher, but finds that Ava is standing in. Ava raises concerns about Tiffany's punctuality and her missing homework, but she also sympathises with Bianca's current situation as Dexter was also once part of a gang.

Later, Liam wants to meet up with the gang again, but Ray refuses to let him leave the house and a stand-off follows between them. When Bianca returns home, she is greeted by the gang outside. Heading indoors, she is shocked to find Ray having to restrain Liam. Seeing no other option, Bianca and Ray force Liam into his bedroom and lock him inside…

Meanwhile, Kat is angry when she discovers that Alfie has arranged to see a solicitor regarding Tommy behind her back. Kat demands that Alfie hands Tommy back to her, but this isn't possible as the youngster is out with Roxy. Kat softens slightly when Alfie points out that he only has Tommy's best interests at heart, but she urges him to forget the solicitor and stop getting paranoid that she will take Tommy away from him. Alfie can see that Kat is trying, but remains disappointed that they don't have an official agreement.

Elsewhere, Sharon returns from her short break with Jack, and she makes it clear to Phil that there's nothing between them anymore. Later, Sharon makes an announcement at The Vic - she'll be marrying Jack in three weeks' time. Even Jack is surprised at the news, while Sharon can't help glancing over at Phil.

Also today, Tanya and Phil chat at the café and surprise themselves as they bond over their dislike of one another, Max agrees to restart his old business deal with Phil as he needs the money for a flat, while Lucy encourages Ian to smarten up now that he's with Denise.
