Pat and Shirley begin to worry as the police are starting to ask more and more questions about the accident. Pat realises that she has to speak to Yolande to ask her to keep quiet about Kevin selling her the car. Later, Pat tells Phil that she knows it was him who supplied the dodgy cars and that she's keeping quiet only to protect the kids.

Meanwhile, Ronnie's as sick as a dog following Roxy's seafood meal the previous night. Ronnie's furious as Jack had a romantic evening planned. Later, as Ronnie's about to leave for Jack's, Roxy tells her sister that she looks awful!

Elsewhere, Tanya regrets sacking Preeti and offers her the manager's position at Booty; Darren's stewing as he can't bear the thought that he could have done something to prevent Kevin's accident; and Bradley's mum, Rachel, returns to the Square...

It's the day of Kevin's funeral and Denise sits listening to The Jam in the hope of picking some music for the wake. When Carly returns home, she's surprised to find a letter from the travel agents addressed to Kevin, complete with two round-the-world tickets. Carly shows Denise what's arrived and suggests an alternative use for them…

As the hearse draws onto the Square, another car follows. Out steps Deano who's handcuffed to a prison security guard – he's been let out on day release. As the funeral procession begins, the onlookers can't believe it when the hearse breaks down. As Denise laughs the situation off, Pat suggests everyone go back to her house until the situation is resolved.

Phil quizzes Jack to see if he has any more news on Louise, while Ronnie's enjoying Jack's pursuit of happiness. Later, Phil's overwhelmed when Jack reveals that he's found Louise and hands him a South London address…
