Carly and Denise leave Walford

By Kris Green | Peggy's preoccupied with the photo of Louise that Jack handed to Phil yesterday. Phil, however, is nowhere to be found. When Jack tells Peggy that he gave Phil the information last night, Peggy knows exactly where he is. She phones him and orders him to return home. Phil, meanwhile, sits outside a block of flats in the hope of catching a glimpse of his daughter.
When Phil finally returns to The Vic, Peggy reminds him that they need to be clever if they want to get Louise back – they need to talk with the solicitor to discover the best course of action. But will Phil listen?
At the Wicks', Kevin's ashes turn up on the kitchen table, much to the shock of Denise. Carly's preparing to embark on her round-the-world trip with Denise who has made plans for Chelsea and Libby to stay with Yolande. Chelsea, however, has different ideas and makes her own living arrangements.
Shirley's hammering on the Wicks' door shouting for Carly. As Carly confesses to Libby and Chelsea that she's not coming back, Libby strongly suggests that she talk to her mother. Libby speaks to Shirley in the café – she needs to know her daughter's intentions not to return. Carly soon finds herself face-to-face with her mother and it appears that they can't resolve their differences.
Later, Pat gives Carly a locket with a photo Kevin in it for safe travelling. Carly and Denise leave Walford for the airport in the back of a black cab…
Elsewhere, Steven moves into the Beales'; and Chelsea stirs up interest in her father but Denise doesn't like talking about him.
