Minty throws Garry out the flat

Minty's not coping well without Hazel and the flat's a cesspit. He picks up a picture of Hazel and breaks down. Garry, meanwhile, is laid up on Shirley's sofa, much to Heather's delight. Worried about tonight's magazine photo shoot, Heather frantically begins trying to get in touch with Hazel in the hope that she'll return in time.

Later, Garry's pleased when he receives a text off Minty asking him to go round to the flat after work. When Garry arrives, however, Minty has all of his belongings in black bin liners – he's throwing him out. Saddened by his best friend's actions, Garry returns to Shirley's where Heather's waiting for him. Frustrated, Garry reveals to Heather that Hazel asked him to lie to Minty for her and thought he'd done the right thing for them both. With the truth in-hand, Heather pays Minty a visit and tells him what happened and why Hazel left. However, they're interrupted by the doorbell – it's Marni, the journalist from the magazine with a photographer. How will Minty and Heather get out of this situation?

Meanwhile, Chelsea struts down Turpin Road in her salon uniform and is cocky to Clare when she walks past. Clare, however, gets the last laugh when she walks in the salon at the same time as Chelsea and Tanya explains that they both landed a job – Clare's the receptionist and Chelsea's the beauty therapist. Clare soon begins to lord it up over Chelsea, asking her to make her a drink and sweep up. Chelsea's having none of it – it's war!

Determined to make Clare look foolish, Chelsea answer the telephone on reception and double-books the client as well as telling her that all treatments are half price. Later, Chelsea bumps into Tanya in the market and suggests that she head back to Booty because Clare's 'struggling'. Chelsea's plan, however, massively backfires.

Elsewhere, Ian's on the warpath when he finds a half-naked man in his house when he walks down the stairs; Stacey struggles to pay the rent for her market pitch and turns to Roger – an old dodgy dealer friend of Mo's – for stock; and Shirley gets a call informing her that Deano's coming home tomorrow.
