S02E07: 'Colour and Light'
George surprises Bree when he walks her into an empty house and reveals that he has just bought it, hoping that they will live together. Another question is also posed which shocks Bree even more, prompting her to respond in an unexpected way...

Later, George’s mother invites friends and relatives for a gathering, but Bree makes a rapid exit and lets her true feelings for George be known. After learning that Bree’s therapist, Dr Goldfine, played a part in her decision, George decides enough is enough and puts paid to the obstacle – quite literally.

Lynette and Tom continue to find looking after their twins, Preston and Porter, hard work. Lynette stumbles across Leonard and Norma, another couple in an identical situation. Both couples immediately arrange play dates for their twins in a bid to allow themselves more time as couples. But the discovery of a video tape ensures that neither couple will be arranging any more play dates in the near future…

Susan is surprised to find ex-husband Karl on her doorstep. After breaking up with Edie, Karl attempts to make up for lost time with Susan, hoping he can pick up where they left off. The following day, however, Edie visits Susan to thank her for what she did the night before...

Gabrielle revisits her past when old friends come to town. Her maternal state sees her struggle to fit into a Dolce & Gabbana dress and the worry of looking pregnant is soon shattered when her model-friends see right through her…

Meanwhile, the Applewhites’ veiled past continues to make its presence felt on Wisteria Lane. Their underground hostage, Caleb, escapes, resulting in one housewife suffering a fall in her own home with potentially disastrous consequences…
