Carlos receives a phone call informing them that Libby has pulled out of the agreement. To what lengths will Gabrielle go to get the baby she strives for so much? When Gabrielle meets with Libby, she starts something which could be hard for her to back out of.

The day after Susan's operation, Dr Ron confronts Susan about what he heard in the operating room. Susan tries her hardest to excuse her words but she has even more of a battle on her hands when Dr Ron enquires about her arranged marriage to Karl. Susan invites Dr Ron to meet with her ex-husband, Karl. The pair seem to hit it off but a devious Karl purposely makes the situation much, much worse…

In a bid to combat Andrew's extortion attempt, Bree reluctantly joins Alcoholics Anonymous. Bree speaks with the leader of the group and informs him why she is actually there. Andrew's lawyer pays another visit to the Van De Kamp household with some bad news. Later, Bree bumps into Andrew while shopping when he's meant to be grounded. After a few drinks too many, Bree wakes up in a locked shop. An embarrassing turn of events results in the realisation of the bitter truth for one red-headed housewife.

Lynette tries to lure Veronica over to work for the ad agency. Veronica is worried about one thing – where her son will fit into it all. When she sees the daycare centre, her thoughts are turned on their head. Her only other concern is her breastfeeding. Lynette can't believe her eyes when she sees the age of Veronica's child. How will the rest of the office react to the circumstances? Lynette is forced to take on the task of converting the child to choco-milk…

Meanwhile, Matthew Applewhite delivers some home truths to Betty about the situation with Caleb. After overhearing the row between his brother and mother, Caleb takes it upon himself to pay Danielle a visit. Danielle freaks out when he's sat in her bedroom – how will he react to Danielle's not-so-welcoming reception?
