S03E19: 'The Secrets and Lies'

Marissa tries to keep her relationship with Volchok a secret from Summer, with little to no success. Summer makes her disapproval of the union clear, although her words only serve to draw the pair even closer together.

Meanwhile, Ryan is in a notably chipper mood after his night with Sadie. When she announces that she is returning to Oregon, however, Ryan must make a decision.

Seth accompanies Kirsten to the cinema after Sandy cancels on her. The pair agree to have more quality mother-son time - but how will Seth react when their next outing is to Kirsten's AA meeting?

Sandy finally catches up with Matt and fires him, "for the good of the hospital". Matt doesn't take the news too well and threatens to leak secrets about Sandy and board associates - but his loose tongue has dire consequences.

Elsewhere, Julie returns from the cruise, newly engaged to Dr. Roberts. Not everyone is best pleased, however...
