S03E19: Davina makes her choice

There’s a surprise when Jack Rimmer returns to Waterloo Road with a proposition for Davina, he’s got a job in Dubai, will she come with him? Davina’s confused but agrees to dinner, and once Chlo finds out, she hatches a plan to get Davina and Tom back together.

Claude Legard, the Frenchman Steph has been schmoozing for money for the school arrives. He’s horrified at the low standards, refusing to part with any money. Desperate, Steph arranges lunch with him at his hotel.

Jasmine’s reports her suspicions of essay cheating to Grantly, but he carries on covering up the extent of the cheating he’s already come across.

At lunch, Claude rebuffs Steph’s seduction, she leaves, making it clear that all she cares about are the kids.

Back at school, Donte’s won a travel agent competition and a holiday, but it’s obvious Celine isn’t included in his plans.

Rachel sacks Steph as Financial Director. Distressed, she leaves before Claude’s return. He’s changed his mind, Steph’s heart was in the right place.

Later, Tom’s in a restaurant waiting for Davina, but she’s across town with Jack. Tom tracks them down, telling her how he feels in front of Jack.

Sharing a close moment, Maxine confides in Steph about the cheating, Steph advises her to keep quiet about it.

Back home, Tom heads for the booze, but the doorbell goes, it’s Davina, she’s made her choice…
Finally, we see Stuart Hordley photocopying press cuttings of Rachel’s past…and it’s clear Stuart’s not going to leave this one alone.
