2271: Eve is hit by a car

Yasmin wants to call Damian but decides against it.

Gary takes out a loan as he is determined to give his family a good Christmas. He asks Myra not to tell Chrissy.

Babs moves into Sami’s flat to see if she likes it before she buys it.

Katie smugly tells Marc that the café won’t survive the competition from The Phoenix when it opens.

Chrissy asks Gary to drive her to the hospital for a check up. Gary refuses and finally has to admit to her he has lost his license.

Eve and Nathan plan to visit Eve’s mum to tell her about the baby. Eve tries not to be angry when Nathan is suddenly called into work. As Eve is leaving the house she misses a message from Nathan telling her he loves her.

Damian tells Cat he just wants to be friends with Yasmin.

Gary is distraught that what might be his last Christmas with Chrissy won’t be special enough.

As Eve is about to cross the road, she sees a child wandering out into the road with a car approaching. Instinctively she dashes out to save the child and Eve is hit by the car.
