Coronation Street star Michael Le Vell has admitted that he felt "perverted" looking at pictures of on-screen daughter Helen Flanagan in her underwear.

Le Vell, who plays Kevin Webster in the soap, said that his awkwardness came from knowing Flanagan (Rosie Webster) since she was a young child.

"I couldn't believe it when I saw those pictures of Helen," he told The Sun.

"They were everywhere! In every paper she was staring back at you wearing that basque and knickers. I felt perverted looking at them - I've known her since she was a small child."

Le Vell added that his 9-year-old son was fixated on Flanagan when she appeared wearing skimpy underwear on Coronation Street.

"My son, who normally hates soaps, was gripped to the episode where she was in the underwear. I was trying to get him to come outside and clean the rabbits but he wouldn't - he was glued to Helen!

"Both Helen and Brooke (Sophie Webster) have turned out to be gorgeous, bright girls though so if he's going to look at anyone at least it's them."
