The 4.2 percent cask ale will be available from next month exclusively through the JW Lees chain of pubs, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Managing director William Lees-Jones confirmed the deal, of which he said he was "delighted" to be a part. "Coronation Street is one of the most famous streets in the world," he said.
"With our shared Manchester heritage, we're excited to be teaming up with them to provide a premium quality draught ale which will be as complex and robust as a good Corrie plot line."
Meanwhile, commercial brands director at ITV Global, Gustavo Antonioni, said the distributor was dedicated to "innovating highly engaging brand extensions that resonate with the core values and history of our television shows".
