Corrie's Ramsay Clegg storyline leaked

Andrew Sachs will leave Coronation Street when his character Ramsay Clegg is killed off with a heart attack, it has emerged.

According to The Sun, Ramsay will collapse and die while boarding a plane back to Australia after breaking Emily's heart.

A source said: "Andrew's character was only meant to be temporary but his departure will be dramatic."

Emily, played by Eileen Derbyshire, will then plead for Ramsay to be buried in Weatherfield.

Sachs previously revealed that he had signed up for the show for an initial three-month period, though Coronation Street bosses had an option on a further three months.
