POTD: Joe's desperate for pills in Corrie

Coronation Street's Joe McIntyre (Reece Dinsdale) struggles during tonight's episode as he scrabbles around to raise enough cash to pay David (Jack P. Shepherd) for his next fix of painkillers.
With David having doubled the price to £100, Joe resorts to selling his tools to Bill (Peter Armitage) at rock-bottom prices. Joe hands over £20 to David and when the kitchen fitter fails to find a suitable source for the balance, he decides to take £50 from Gail's (Helen Worth) purse.
On returning home, Gail notices the missing money and immediately presumes her son to be the light-fingered culprit. David's furious and backs Joe into the corner. Panicking, Joe claims that he used the money to buy materials for work while he found a cash point.
Where will Joe's problems end?
Coronation Street airs tonight at 8.30pm on ITV1.
