Kevin's Corrie affair to last for a year
Coronation Street actor Michael Le Vell has revealed that his new affair storyline will last for at least a year.

The star's character Kevin Webster cheated on his wife Sally in June by sharing a kiss with shop worker Molly Dobbs (Vicky Binns) on the ITV1 soap. They later took their infidelity a step further by romping at Molly's marital home.

According to The Sun, Le Vell has now confirmed that viewers can expect the plotline to run for another "12 to 15 months".

He added: "There's a lot more twists to come yet - it's not as just straightforward as a fling or a full blown affair, it goes a lot deeper than that and [there] is a lot more involved obviously."

Sally Whittaker, who plays Kevin's partner Sally, has already claimed that the seamstress should never find out about the pair's relationship.

Meanwhile, Binns has admitted that she is already getting "disapproving looks" in the street due to her character's actions.
