The actress, who plays Sunita Alahan on the ITV1 soap, has persuaded a string of her colleagues to perform at a fundraising event in Blackburn, Lancashire next month.
All profits from the show, which is to feature music, dance and comedy, will go towards helping 5-year-old Madison Allan visit EuroDisney with her family. The youngster suffers aggressive neuroblastoma and is understood to have had repeated operations on a tumour.
Tickets for the event reportedly sold out in just an hour after going on sale last week. Gulati, Malcolm Hebden (Norris Cole), Sam Aston (Chesney Brown), Vicky Binns (Molly Dobbs) and Andrew Whyment (Kirk Sutherland) are among those who have agreed to perform.
Gulati told The Sun: "I have known Maddi and her family for years and can't put into words how brave she has been. I'm so grateful to the cast and crew. It's going to be eye-opening for people to see their Corrie favourites away from the Street."
Meanwhile, Madison's grandmother Alison Foster told the Lancashire Telegraph: "It's brilliant Coronation Street are doing this. We've been through so much, I think Madison needs a break.
"Madison has known Shobna since she was a baby, she's always kept in touch with how Madison is doing."
The variety show will take place at Blackburn's Thwaites Empire Theatre on April 18.
