The 18-year-old took over the role as Kevin and Sally Webster's youngest daughter Sophie in 2004. Since then, the character has gone on to become the ITV soap's first lesbian character as Sophie began a relationship with best friend Sian.
According to The Mirror, producer Phil Collinson praised Vincent, telling her: "You're doing a fantastic job."
"Brooke has been a real hit with the viewers," a show source told the paper. "But she is particularly popular with the younger element which is incredibly important to the show.
"Her portrayal as mixed-up Sophie falling in love with her best friend Sian was one of the favourite developments of the last year... and she has an important part to play in the coming year."
Vincent was said to be "thrilled" when her cousin Ellie-Louis Leach recently joined the cast of the Manchester serial as Faye Butler, who has been fostered by Anna Windass.
