Kylie, played by Paula Lane, will apparently persuade Tommy (Chris Fountain) to help her set up and run the agency when she is fired from Audrey's hairdressing salon.
When they struggle to find staff, the pair will make Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas) an offer he can't refuse, The Sun claims. However, when his girlfriend Rosie Webster (Helen Flanagan) is unhappy with his involvement, she too decides to join the agency.
Rosie will apparently tell Jason: "What's good for you is also good for me."
Meanwhile, Kylie's husband David (Jack P Shepherd) will be "devastated" over his wife's new business, but will support her when he sees the cash it makes.
"The cast are joking about who will be called on to strip," a soap insider quipped. "Even Ken Barlow might do a turn for the over-70s!"
