When Chris (Will Thorp) causes an accident at work and subsequently tells a furious Owen to stick his job, Maria can't understand why he's acting so strangely and continues to question the future of their relationship.
Later, when Chris hears that Maria (Samia Smith) has secretly asked Owen to give him another chance, he rants at her for going behind his back and frightens the hairdresser by angrily throwing furniture around.
However, once he's calmed down, Chris returns and tells his partner that there's more to his recent behaviour than meets the eye - he's unwell and the doctors think he may have a brain tumour. How will Maria react and will she stand by him?
