Bradley Walsh "taking a break" from Corrie
Published Tuesday, May 30 2006, 20:42 BST | By Kris Green

Tabloid reports at the weekend suggested that Walsh, 45, had quit the show in favour of other projects with ITV.
A Corrie spokesperson said: "Bradley is taking a break from the show but his exit storyline has yet to be decided. Debra Stephenson's (Frankie Baldwin) decision to leave is completely unrelated to Bradley's."
The actor signed a golden handcuffs deal with ITV in April to continue to work on Corrie as well as embark on a drama series, a range of entertainment shows and be involved in developing original programming ideas.
An ITV insider commented: "Bradley's taking part of the summer off for a holiday break and will return to work on new projects. There is every intention for him to return to the Street."
