'Coronation Street' Michelle Collins: 'Stella would love a toyboy'

Coronation Street star Michelle Collins has revealed that her character Stella Price would love a fling with a younger man.

The actress, who joined the ITV1 soap in June, said that Stella enjoys flirting with the Street's male inhabitants.

"She's a bit flirty with the younger guys so in her dreams maybe she'd fall for a toyboy like Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas) or Tommy Duckworth (Chris Fountain). Someone who is young and fun," she told OK! magazine.

Asked if she would ever try internet dating, single Collins replied: "I don't think I would because I'd have to lie about who I am. I tell all my friends to do it, but when it comes to me I don't.

"I'm just a bit of a romantic at heart and think there's someone out there waiting for me. I was told by a psychic that I'd meet someone this year."

Collins recently insisted that she will make Stella one of Coronation Street's greatest ever characters.
