Sally is currently dating model agent Jeff Cullen (Steve Houghton), but their romance hits the rocks later this week.
The mum-of-two falls out with Jeff when she discovers that he has encouraged her daughter Rosie (Helen Flanagan) to sell the story of her recent kidnap ordeal to a newspaper. Sally has a showdown with Jeff at Sophie's birthday party after the article is published.
Dynevor told Take It Easy: "[The article] mentions that Sally had breast cancer and Sophie is a lesbian. Sally finishes with him when she finds out.
"She is just so upset by everyone taking the mickey out of her and she loses the plot for half an hour and goes completely mad at Jeff. She's really embarrassed because Rita and Emily are there when she explodes too."

When Sally returns to work at the factory, Frank (Andrew Lancel) helps to calm her down - continuing to pretend that he is a perfect gentleman.
Dynevor added: "Frank is very flattering and even makes her a cup of tea. He starts talking about his problems and there is a connection between them. They have both been through something really traumatic and yet are still here to tell the tale, and they can talk to each other about it."
Asked whether Sally is becoming attracted to Frank, she replied: "I think she definitely could be. He is in a position of authority and that for Sally is very enticing."
Frank has been at the centre of a dark storyline in recent weeks after raping his ex-fiancée Carla Connor (Alison King). However, not everybody on the street believes that Carla is telling the truth over her ordeal.
