POTD: 'Coronation Street's Sophie, Sian wedding day arrives

Sophie and Sian's big day finally arrives as they prepare to tie the knot in tonight's episode of Coronation Street.

Before they leave for the ceremony, Kevin (Michael Le Vell) feels compelled to ask Sophie (Brooke Vincent) whether she's having second thoughts - but the torn teenager insists that a future with Sian is all she wants.

Later, everything starts well at the church as Sian (Sacha Parkinson) pays an emotional tribute to Sophie in her vows. However, when it's Sophie's turn, she panics and stumbles over her words.

Fearing that his daughter is having doubts, Kevin considers stepping in to stop the wedding. Will he ruin things for Sophie?


Coronation Street airs tonight at 8.30pm on ITV1.
