POTD: 'Coronation Street's Peter wants Leanne back

Coronation Street's Leanne Barlow realises she has a massive decision to make this evening (December 24) as it becomes clear that ex-husband Peter wants her back.

Tonight's episode sees Leanne (Jane Danson) get drunk at her hen party as she struggles with her mixed emotions over the upcoming wedding. When the bride-to-be arrives back on the cobbles following the wild night out, Peter (Chris Gascoyne) is on hand to help her sober up.

After making Leanne some coffee in the back room of The Rovers, Peter questions whether she is really doing the right thing by marrying Nick.

When Peter lays his heart on the line and adds that he was wrong to throw their own happiness away, will Leanne be tempted to get back with him?

Peter suggests he and Leanne give their relationship another go

Coronation Street airs an hour-long episode tonight from 7.30pm on ITV1.
