Walsh to return to Corrie next year

The star left the soap last year after his character Danny Baldwin went missing, but he has confirmed that he will reappear by summer 2008.
He said: "I will be going back . . . but it probably won’t be until the end of next summer as the storylines are written so far in advance."
Walsh is currently starring in a pantomime in Milton Keynes.
