Poll: Molvin - 'Priceless' or 'Pass the Bucket'?

Last week, I asked you whether EastEnders' Garry and Dawn deserved a happy ending or not...
I'm indifferent to this one, to be honest. Dawn's (Kara Tointon) really been a character that's gone nowhere fast since the Mad May Wright (Amanda Drew) storyline in 2007.
Storyliners had the ideal opportunity to bump Dawn off in June last year when May returned to exact her revenge. Take a look here to refresh your memory.
Don't get me wrong, though, I think Kara's great in the role - when she has a storyline.
In March, an announcement was made that she - along with screen love Garry Hobbs (Ricky Groves) - was to be written out of the show in the summer.
Both Kara and Ricky have now finished filming and only last week did they film their final scenes on location near a canal. Producers are keeping tight-lipped as to whether the pair actually bow out in a fairytale ending, or whether tragedy strikes before they get the chance.
A massive 70.7% of those who voted hope that they sail off into the sunset together, while 11% don't want to see them happy ever after. The remaining 18.3% couldn't care less.
I'm hoping I'll be able to muster some excitement in the run up to their big day.
Now onto this week's question, in which I ask for your thoughts on Kevin and Molly's affair in Coronation Street.

Before we get onto the main poll, though, here's something a little different - a video interlude! Earlier this week, I - along with my esteemed colleague Chris Allen - donned the sun cream and popped out on the concourse at Marble Arch with camera and mic in-hand to see what you thought for our first ever Soap Vox.
For a short selection of responses, click 'play' below...
So what do you think? I've received a few emails from readers and angry text messages from friends expressing their frustration about the plot and how it's 'wrong'.
I, on the other hand, think it's a great story as it gives more screen time to the Websters and Molly. Sally's (Sally Whittaker) had me in stitches over the last few weeks with her one-liners. Although I hadn't realised until I had a quick search online earlier this week that Kevin's actually double the age of his new mistress!
So, Molly and Kevin - Molvin (special thanks to Ryan for this one) - yay or nay? Cast your votes...

I am so sick of all these affairs in soaps, it is not true to real life and whilst producers may think such a storyline will promote controversy and more viewers I dont think I am the only one who finds it all a little dull and repetitive

Jeeez, those women are so boring! It's a great storyline. I think it stirs a reaction so that's good. I like Kevin and Molly, they deserve a beefy storyline. I hope it drags on for a while!

It nearly made me sick when Kevin said that he wanted to "jump Molly's bones" the other day! As far as soap euphemisms for sex go, that has to be one of the worst.
