Is Kerry Katona joining Corrie? Thought not.

A tabloid newspaper claimed that the 28-year-old was being lined up for a part in the ITV soap before she was caught on camera taking cocaine.
A Corrie spokesperson, however, said: "We have absolutely no plans to bring Kerry Katona into Coronation Street and have no idea where this story came from."
Me thinks that it was a case of taking a controversial 'name' and a high-profile soap before adding them together to fill column inches.
