I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for news of Bruno Langley's return to Corrie - and by the sound of it plenty of others are, too.
Every other e-mail over the past couple of days has been enquiring about his return. Well, there's no confirmation yet. It's still in the pipeline/under consideration (delete as you wish), so I'm told.
My Cobbles source told me: "No news is good news."
So cliché. But on this occasion I don't mind. Watch this space.
In other news, meanwhile, FourFourTwo magazine apparently have it on good authority from a 'source at Granada Television' that Wayne Rooney's fiancée Coleen McLoughlin is moving ever-closer to a part in Coronation Street.
Despite being good friends with Samia Smith (Maria Sutherland), I wouldn't hold my breath...
