He's back!

Here's one of the first pictures of Charlie Lawson walking back onto the set of Coronation Street.
Lawson reprised his role as ex-con Jim McDonald. But when Jim returns to Weatherfield in the hope of patching everything up with his ex-wife Liz (Bev Callard), he gets more than he bargained for when he finds out she's actually planning her New Year wedding to Vernon (Ian Reddington).
Last week, it was reported that the cast of the Weatherfield soap were warned of the actor's return by a message printed on their scripts.
Looking forward to seeing Jim back again? Hoping Jim and Liz will patch things up? Let me know what you think by using the 'Your Views' form below.

Frankly I just love Jim and cannot wait to have him back - don't think he will come between Liz and plonker Vernon!!

I hope that Jim's time in the street will be short and sweet. There's no way Liz would want to get back with him now she's planning to marry Vernon so there would be no reason for him to stay. However I would like to see him get to know his granddaughter Amy.
