Bev leaves Weatherfield

There’s plenty of fun and games at the Rovers as Bev tries and fails to get Shelley back on side. Furious Shelley can’t believe the depths her mother has sunk to this time and decides that Sunita needs to be brought up to speed with Bev’s duplicity – including her fling with Ciaran. Devastated, Bev is gutted when Charlie tells her exactly why he fancies Shelley over her, and with a heavy heart she packs her bags and prepares to leave Weatherfield for good. Will Shelley forgive her before she goes?

Dev is hopping mad when Sunita accidentally drop a box of tins on his foot and he is forced to go to the doctors. However, he’s pleased to discover that his health check tests have all come back clear and plans a celebration with Maya.

Vera is concerned that Jack is not as fit as he used to be, and when Fred says he is selling his exercise bike she hatches a plan to get Jack on the move.

Elsewhere Norris is attacked by the ‘poltergeist’ in the back room of the Kabin.
