Steve bars Liz and Lloyd from the wedding

Becky is counting the days to her wedding and amuses Steve by her efforts to memorise her last few hours as a single woman. Having given in to Liz's insistence that she has a hen night, Becky excitedly arrives at the Rovers with Hayley - just in time to hear half the pub, including Lloyd, placing a wager that the wedding won't happen.

Devastated, Becky goes to find Steve who wastes no time in telling his mum and his best friend what he thinks of them, before barring them from the wedding.

The fallout from the previous night can still be felt at the Platts', with Tina telling David that their relationship is over and Joe nowhere to be found.

Unaware that Gail and Joe have actually split up, Tina confides in Gail about her dad's previous problems with depression and asks her to take care of him while she's not around.

Meanwhile, Ken tells Peter that he has to stay off the booze and start behaving like a responsible adult for Simon's sake. Peter takes his comment on board and in a bid to prove that he's a good dad, buys Simon a pet rabbit. Peter's less than impressed, though, when Simon decides to call it Leanne.

Elsewhere, Ken is feeling guilty about his kiss with Martha and tells Ted about his turmoil. Ted tells him that he's going to have to make a decision about what he does next.
