Audrey demands the truth from David

David's rattled by Gary's confession, leaving him and Graeme wonder what it will mean for them. David's cheered up when Tina pops in with a card for Ted and says that she will meet him later for a drink.

Gary, however, isn't going to let the situation drop and ensures that Audrey hears his side of the story. Knowing the David of old, Audrey's immediately suspicious and heads to the Platts’ where she demands that David tells them all the truth.

Meanwhile, Luke's all for giving the factory a refurb until Tony shows him their VAT projection and he realises just how bad things are. There's little time for Tony to dwell on their financial problems, however, when he hears about Maria's false alarm and trip to hospital.

As she returns home, he pays her a visit and insists that he'll to be on call round the clock until the baby is born.

Fiz is upset when she receives a call from John’s probation officer telling her that John is suffering from clinical depression. Deeply concerned about the man she loves and with no one else to turn to, Fiz pours her heart out to a sympathetic Hayley.

Elsewhere, Pam and Bill enjoy each other's company over lunch at the builders' yard, while Molly and Kevin arrange to go running together.
