Leanne learns of Peter's fling with Michelle

Leanne and Peter wake having spent the night together. Peter's elated - as is Simon - but when Simon mentions Michelle's name, Leanne becomes suspicious that Peter's keeping secrets from her.

After tricking Michelle into divulging her one-night stand with Peter, Leanne confronts him. Branding Peter a compulsive liar, she ends their revived relationship. A gutted Peter tells Blanche that he's blown his chances with Leanne for the final time.

Knowing how much Leanne means to Peter, Blanche goes to talk to her. Urging her to consider Simon's feelings, Blanche says that if Leanne intends to leave Weatherfield again, she must stay away for good. Leanne's left thoughtful.

As Sally excitedly prepares for her holiday, Kevin books himself and Molly a motel room for him and Molly for the following afternoon. Molly, however, is gutted to learn that Jack's leaving drinks clash with her planned afternoon of passion with Kevin.

Meanwhile, Norris informs Emily that Ramsay's funeral is set for tomorrow, although he doubts anyone will be interested. Frustrated by his lack of emotion, Emily suggests that Norris should give the eulogy. Will Norris finally let go of his emotions?

And Eileen's less than impressed when John the parrot turns up in her backyard. Jesse, however, is delighted.
