Kevin makes his court appearance

Maria is still feeling unsettled about Liam's cries for Carla and is about to confront him about it when Carla calls and ruins the moment. Later, after Liam’s discharged from hospital he and Maria head back to Weatherfield, and Maria decides to go try on some wedding dresses while Liam rests at home.

Tony has taken Carla out for lunch after noticing how upset she's been over the accident. He assumes its because Liam's near-death accident has reminded her of what happened to Paul, but when Tony leaves for a meeting, Carla calls Maria again to check on Liam. Maria's annoyed by her call and lies that nothing has changed and they're still in hospital in the Lakes, but when Carla spots her in a bridal shop across the road wearing a wedding dress she's fuming and storms over the road to confront her.

It’s the day of Kevin's sentencing and although Kevin’s telling his mates that they’ll all be back in the pub by the morning, it’s clear that he isn’t as optimistic as he’s making out. When the magistrate passes a custodial sentence of 28 days, Sally breaks down as a gob-smacked Kevin is taken away. Back on the street, Rosie has been preparing a meal for the family but when Sally and Sophie arrive back without Kevin she’s horrified. Sophie takes her upset out on her sister who runs upstairs, devastated, as Sally breaks down again. Will they ever forgive Rosie?

Nick arrives on the street annoyed that Michelle didn’t make it to the DNA test on Monday and hasn’t answered his calls. However, when Ryan approaches and sees Steve talking to his stalker he’s shocked and runs away. Steve chases after him but loses sight of him and is worried when he calls the school and discovers Ryan didn't return after lunch. Panicked Michelle and Steve head out to search for him but has Ryan discovered what’s going on?

Elsewhere, David has a great time with Tina who proves to be his dream girl when she suggests that they stay in drinking vodka and broadens his horizons when she leads him up to the bedroom. Is David about to lose his virginity?
