Harry leaves Dan in charge of the bookies

There's tension at the Websters'. Sally asks Rosie to apologise to Kevin but Rosie refuses and Bill tries to smooth things over by explaining that she was taken in by Tony. Kevin is more interested in the new breakdown truck which he hopes will help reverse their fortunes.

Rosie, meanwhile, is delighted when Tony invites her out for lunch to make amends for letting her down the night before. As she slowly becomes more drunk, he is counting the minutes until he can get rid of her but as he asks for the bill, she springs a surprise on him!

Back on Coronation Street, Carla is driving Liam to distraction. Round at the house for a conference call with Tom, Carla enjoys winding Liam up and even gets him to model one of the t-shirts he is selling.

Dan is surprised when Harry turns up at the bookies and makes a shock announcement - Clarissa has taken him back on the condition that he never sets foot on Coronation Street again. He's therefore leaving the business in Dan's capable hands.

Steve is looking forward to Michelle's return and tells Lloyd that he has everything prepared, even down the clean sheets on the bed. He is determined to be the perfect boyfriend, beyond reproach.

Janice and Leanne are on tenterhooks waiting to see if the money has gone into their bogus bank account. They can't quite believe what they have done and won't believe they have got away with it until they get their hands on the cash!
