
Leanne decides to make Nick and Maria pay for what she feels they have done to her and her family. Booking a hair appointment with Maria, she chats about love life, admiring Maria's engagement ring and letting Maria regale her with tales of her fiancé's tarty ex-wife. Maria is chuffed to have found a new mate, and excitedly introduces Leanne to Nick in the Rovers. As it immediately becomes obvious exactly who Leanne is, Maria sees red and the fur flies as she lays in to an amused and triumphant Leanne.
Eileen is still furious with Steve for selling her and the house without even letting her know. Having sold it complete with sitting tenant, Karen and Steve are desperate not to let the sale fall through. As Eileen prepares to move out, Steve has to think fast to persuade her to stay.
Norris is convinced the Kabin stockroom is haunted as Betty tells him tales of ghostly sightings at the Rovers and the death of Ena Sharples daughter.
