
As Ryan swears to exact his revenge on Tony, Michelle tries to calm him but Ryan breaks down, claiming that he's going to live with his grandparents as he can't bear to stay in Weatherfield any longer.
Devastated, Michelle advises that he call them first. After speaking to Barry, however, Ryan decides to stay. Michelle's relieved until Ryan explains that Barry and Helen have flown in from Ireland and are at the airport.
Over at No. 7, a hysterical Maria sets about removing all traces of Tony from her life. Still in a state of shock, it's clear that Maria is a broken woman.
Meanwhile, Gail and Joe are about to head out shopping for their wedding but when Joe receives a phone call from the debt collector, he's forced to send Gail out without him.
Joe's horrified as Rick explains that his debt has now doubled, before threatening to take the boat as payment. Will Joe finally confess the extent of his debts to Gail?
As the Barlows welcome George and Eve to tea, they're stunned when Blanche walks in dressed to the nines. She openly flirts with George, who's charmed by her efforts - that is until she lets slip a few family skeletons out of the closet.
Elsewhere, Lloyd provides a limousine as Eileen's surprise present for Jesse's birthday.
