The plot, which kicks off in a couple of weeks, sees Janine going to Jack for the job as bar manager at R&R and Ronnie can't even believe that he's considering such a 'rude, condescending and obnoxious' woman as Janine for the post. A couple of tantrums later, Ronnie finally pulls herself together slightly and inspects Janine's CV. Not entirely convinced by her credentials, Ronnie suggests that her work history and references are probably a pack of lies.
Not one to disappoint, Janine accurately and flirtatiously describes one of the bar managers, who also happens to be and old acquaintance of Jack. Ronnie's fuming by Janine's attitude, while Jack laps up the attention. Seeing Janine's 'potential', Jack offers her a trial run. But is it just the job she wants?
