First 'Oaks Later pics, Corrie catfight and more!

Published Sunday, Sep 13 2009, 00:02 BST | By Kris Green | 5 comments
First up this week, I have some awesome pictures from episode one of this year's Hollyoaks Later run.

With Cindy's (Stephanie Waring) plan to fleece an unassuming Tony (Nick Pickard) bubbling away, the pair continue planning for their wedding. Dom (John Pickard) sees through Cindy's scheming, as does Jacqui (Claire Cooper), who's still pining for her former flame Tony.

A catfight between Jacqui and Cindy quickly ensues and as plant pots are thrown, Cindy's old friend from Spain, Savannah Madeiros (Nicola Stapleton), rolls up and ceases the squabble - leaving Jacqui soaking wet in the fountain.

While Savannah also sees through Cindy's plan, Jacqui begs Tony not to go through with the ceremony as she still loves him.

How will the week end?

Hollyoaks Later kicks off on Monday, September 28 at 10pm on E4. I'll have full coverage of the episodes during that week, so check back for interviews with Emma Rigby, Steph Waring, Zoë Lister, Loui Batley, Gemma Merna and Bonnie Tyler!

In the meantime, click here to read more about the show.

These scenes air on Monday, September 28 at 10pm on Channel 4.

The claws are also out over on Coronation Street, as Rosie Webster (Helen Flanagan) and Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) come to blows at Jason (Ryan Thomas) and Tina's (Michelle Keegan) housewarming party.

Rosie literally walks in and starts pulling Michelle's hair, leading to a full-on vicious catfight.

Love it!

I recently caught up with Kym to chat about this storyline and what's she's up at the moment, so check back on Tuesday to see what she had to say!

These scenes air on Friday, September 25 at 8.30pm on ITV1.

The Hollyoaks' lads' money storyline comes to a head in a fortnight's time as one of Warren's old acquaintances Ged turns up in the village looking for the stash of cash. Ged presents himself as a police officer who quizzes them about the money and when Elliot (Garnon Davies) later bumps into him again, he seizes the opportunity to explain where the money came from.

Ged, however, isn't too keen on his explanation and reveals his true identity, before demanding the money back.

After an unsuccessful attempt by Archie (Stephen Beard) to bag the cash himself, he's actually kidnapped for real by Ged and holds him hostage on the college roof until the others return the bag of notes.

Turning up on the roof, Kris (Gerard McCarthy) decides that there's only way to end Ged's hold over them - by throwing all the money away. With that, Kris launches the cash into the air and the wind carries it away. As Ged scrambles to retrieve as much as he can, Elliot punches Archie and the betrayed boys leave him alone to think about his actions.

These scenes air on Tuesday, September 22 and Friday, September 25 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.

Michael (Jamie Belman) reappears in Emmerdale village again in a few weeks, much to Cain's (Jeff Hordley) disdain.

Despite his admission that he's seeing another woman, Debbie (Charley Webb) decides to put up with it and enjoy the lighter side of life with him. She thinks he's mad stopping by the house again, especially as her father sounded a clear warning to stay away.

As the pair enjoy a morning in bed together, Cain returns home and questions what they're playing at. Michael jumps to Debbie's defence and as he does, Cain pins him up against the wall and threatens to kill him if he ever dares show his face in the village again.

Michael flees the house, leaving Debbie livid at her father's actions and pining for her lover.

These scenes air on Tuesday, September 22 at 7pm on ITV1.

And finally to EastEnders which sees the Brannings and Beales embark on a wife swap plot.

Neither Ian (Adam Woodyatt) nor Tanya (Jo Joyner) are comfortable with the situation, while Jane (Laurie Brett) and Max (Jake Wood) start off with the same thoughts but soon begin to ease into each other's company.

As Ian starts dishing out jobs in the café to a disgruntled Tanya, Jane's delighted that Max is cooking the family a meal.

It's not long, though, before Ian's shooting his mouth off in The Vic, accusing Max and Jane of being too friendly.

These scenes air on Tuesday, September 22 at 7.30pm on BBC One.

I wish someone would give that conniving slut Rosie a good slap. And as for that wife swap storyline in EastEnders I won't be watching.
