Here are the Week 25 soap schedules for your viewing pleasure - yet slightly later than intended.

Last week, myself and my esteemed editor Neil descended on Monaco for the 50th Monte Carlo International TV Festival. Head over to Tube Talk to watch video interview with stars from Desperate Housewives, Cougar Town, Dexter, 90210, Vampire Diaries and more!

So how does Week 25 shape up?

Coronation Street loses three episodes of its usual five, while opting to air one on the Sunday. Emmerdale, meanwhile, loses two from its standard six, screening a double ep on the Tuesday.

BBC One's EastEnders has one double bill on the Monday, an hour-long on the Wednesday (a Simon Ashdown ep which was always written as an hour-long) and a single instalment on the Friday.
