Stevens wants to tone bum on 'Strictly'

Rachel Stevens has revealed that she is looking forward to "shaping up her bum" in training for Strictly Come Dancing.

The former S Club singer has received countless offers to appear on shows like Big Brother and I'm A Celebrity in the past, but she always decided to turn them down.

"This one appealed to me most of all. It was the only show where I'd be learning a skill," Stevens told the Daily Star. "I'd much rather be shaping up my bum than sitting on it all the time in the jungle or in a house."

Stevens has been paired up with professional dancer Vincent Simone for the series, which kicks off later this month. Her rivals include One Show host Christine Bleakley, model Jodie Kidd and former EastEnders actress Jessie Wallace.
