Mark Foster has been eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing after losing out to Andrew Castle in the dance-off.
The Olympic swimmer and his partner Hayley Holt were in the bottom two after their Paso Doble routine failed to impress viewers and the show's judges. They had previously escaped the boot in week three of the competition, which saw chef Gary Rhodes being voted off.
In last night's show, Foster and Holt picked up just 16 points out of 40 for their performance. Craig Revel Horwood was particularly unimpressed with their routine, describing it as "grotesque", while Bruno Tonioli claimed that the athlete had danced like a "geek".
After Foster and GMTV's Castle had performed again in the dance-off, the judges unanimously decided to give Mark the boot.
Asked for his reaction, Foster replied: "Hayley's the best and I've had the best time - I'm sorry I let you down."
Strictly Come Dancing continues next Saturday at 6.05pm on BBC One.
