Mark Foster has been preparing for tonight's performance on Strictly Come Dancing with a new training regime.
The swimmer has been boxing to become more aggressive, believing it to be vital for his attempt of the Paso Doble to have credibility.
"I'm not aggressive. I've been boxing training to build up some aggression," said the star on Strictly Come Dancing - It Takes Two.
He added that after a mild reception for his efforts last week, he is happy to still be in contention.
"I'm just really pleased to be in the competition. It's not nice to get bad remarks, but [the judges] are there to be critical."
Dance partner Hayley Holt said that the Paso Doble requires confidence, and is sure that the pair can pull it off.
"I think we can show some lovely shapes," she said. "I think we'll hopefully entertain the audience."
