Anton du Beke has said that he would love to replace Bruce Forsyth as the host of Strictly Come Dancing.
The professional dancer, who was eliminated from this year's competition with Gillian Taylforth in week two, revealed that he is ready to front the show alongside Tess Daly should Forsyth choose to retire.
"If Bruce didn't want to do it anymore and they approached me I'd say, 'Of course. I'd love to, thank you very much'," he told The Sun.
However, du Beke added that he doesn't want Forsyth to quit just yet, saying: "I actually hope that never happens because Bruce is wonderful and the show wouldn't be the same without him."
When pushed for his opinions on this year's competition, he said that he is "jealous" to have been voted off so early. He also revealed that he thinks any of the four remaining contestants could win the series, as "they're all great in different ways".
